What is Happening?
On this page you will find an up-to-date blog telling you what's happening in the studio, during the 24hours. A 'who hit's who' account perhaps, or a maybe a 'who is falling asleep in the corner account'. Anyway, all the goodness is below!

| Fri | 1213 | It's all over! The 24 hours have finally come to an end, and we're all absolutely shattered, but very very happy! The TV sold at £11.50, and we're all very proud to have been involved! Our total raised amount was... (drum roll please!) £200! The highest raising single show was Fused/Jam On Toast, who managed to get £68 for RAG! Thank you to all of those people who took part, whether you took part in a show, bid on the eBay items, or helped us in setting up various systems! Special thanks go to Alex Harries, who stayed with us for most of the night and helped us with various issues; Tom Worman, for constantly taking photographs and filming us to document what turned out to be an AMAZING 24 hours..! We've all had brilliant fun, and it's definitely been a great learning experience, so who knows..? Pure FM 24 hour broadcast 2009..? ;o) Love the Pure FM Committee |
| Fri | 1030 | Almost coming up to the end of the 24 hour broadcast.. An hour and a half to go! Tiredness has fully set in, and some people have had to leave for lectures, and other such commitments (ie SLEEP)! Left in the office, we have Maz, Fred, Caroline, Sarah and Hannah. In half an hour, we will be rounding up the broadcast; announcing the total amount raised for RAG and having a bit of general banter. Fred: "Woop! Woop!" |

You'll hopefully be able to hear it as a podcast later on this week! Other things happening. We've discovered that Skribla, isn't that coherent at the moment, and Jacob is looking slightly tired and sitting in the corner drinking Snakebite! |

We've been blaring out of a PA system to all the passers by at the Union (thanks to the two Alex's for all your help!) and picking up some donations from some generous members of the public :) The committee are starting to settle down for a long night, with our teddys and our cups of cocoa. Well done to all the techies at Pure FM for getting the projection up on the side of Mercantile. Check it out of you're in the area!! Keep listening... AND BIDDING ! |

The Power Hour: Reunited is currently on air, and everyone's having fun! Make sure you go and find our eBay auctions and bid for charity! |

| Sun | 2012 | After having a quick nap we're all back on normal times (just). If you have a show this week, make sure that you plug the 24 hour broadcast webpage (www.purefm.com/24), and read the poster in the studio. If you're simply a listener, then remember you can start bidding on items now (a showcase of items will be put up on the website soon). Start bidding and donate your cash to RAG. Finally, don't forget to listen to Pure FM from midday on Thursday (what am I talking about? Go and listen now! |

| Sun | 1017 | Almost done, although Skribla did just fall for us telling him it was 11.30am! He has only just realised after looking at his watch! We are now leaving Caroline's house and going back to Pure FM Towers. |

| Sun | 0523 | Whilst watching our second film of the night (Blades of Glory) Fred fell asleep. Only to be woken up by his alarm which was set to remind him and Caroline to put up the next eBay auction! Skribbles is soft and is asleep on the sofa already! Poor show Skribs! |
